Chairman
John is the Founder of Ringmer Pacific. He and Christopher drive the strategy. He has been actively involved in property investment markets for over 43 years, during which he held executive positions in a number of organisations. Most recently John was the Chairman of the Bunnings Warehouse Property Trust and a non-executive director of the MREEF series of private property funds managed by Macquarie Bank as well as chairman of Leighton Properties Pty Ltd.
John is a highly respected professional in the industry and his deep experience of property and capital markets are an invaluable contribution to Ringmer Pacific’s strategic approach to property investment.
Christopher D White

Managing Director
Christopher joined Ringmer Pacific in 2001. He has over 30 years’ experience in real estate, asset and funds management. Together with John, they are the two Principals.
Prior to joining Ringmer Pacific, Christopher held Project and Development Management roles on major undertakings for Concrete Constructions and also Lend Lease.
Christophers extensive experience across property and capital markets enables him to recognise opportunities in any market conditions and his intelligent approach to risk is essential in driving the best outcome for Ringmer Pacific’s clients.
Giles Austin

Director
Giles has chief responsibility for fund operations and asset management. Over the last 14 years at Ringmer Pacific, he successfully managed a number of funds and projects encompassing acquisitions, divestments, major asset upgrades, repositioning and leasing campaigns, and development planning.
His active asset management style and negotiation skills have been instrumental in the solid performance delivered to unitholders over the years.
Giles is also a passionate professional and he enjoys speaking to and educating Investors on property.
Christine Alexander

Senior Asset Manager
Christine has been with Ringmer Pacific since 2007 and has over 30 years’ experience in retail and commercial property leasing and asset management.
Christine’s previous roles include 15 years between Knight Frank and CBRE, working on major projects and asset management on behalf of both institutional and private investors and she managed $100m + diversified portfolios. She started her career as a Property Manager with Mirvac where she spent 10 years.
Christine brings a comprehensive background to the team. Her experience and hands on approach enable her to consistently deliver strong asset performances.
Olivier Hoarau

Financial Controller
Olivier is responsible for investor relations, compliance and portfolio analytics, bringing his most recent experience of over 7 years in a family office. Olivier has had a significant involvement in the establishment, compliance and planning of property portfolios for High Net Worth Individuals and family groups.
Prior to this, Olivier spent 7 years as an auditor with Ernst & Young working across a wide range of industries and in several countries.
Olivier joined the team in 2015 and his experience assisting High Net Worth Individuals with high standards of governance has been an excellent addition to the Ringmer Pacific team.
William White

Assistant Asset Manager
William provides support to the asset management and capital transactions functions at Ringmer Pacific. William previously spent 4 years as a commercial valuer and analyst working across commercial office buildings, industrial warehouses and factories, retail shops and shopping centres, residential development projects, and special purpose properties.
In William’s previous role he acted on behalf of a range of financial institutions, developers, institutional investors, insurance brokers and companies, listed and private companies, trustee and custodial companies, and government entities.
William, is a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV), an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI).
